1 O3214I was awarded a short-term research fellowship by the American Studies Research Centre (ASRC), Hyderabad in September 1997 for conducting a specialized study on human rights concerning the US foreign policy.
2 O3215Was awarded the “Excellence of research conducted at the University of Lucknow” by the Vice-Chancellor, Lucknow University in February 2010.
3 O3216I was awarded Senior Research Fellowship awarded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi for post-doctoral research for two years 2010-2012 (did not join).
4 O3217I am also keenly interested in International Relations and International Law. Thus, have contributed research papers to both these fields. My present research pertains to the International Criminal Court with special reference to India.
5 O3218Human Rights is one of my principal areas of research where I have earned a Ph.D. degree. The thesis was published as “Dynamics of Human Rights in the U.S. Foreign Policy” (New Delhi, 1997).
6 O3219My work, “Legal Aid in Britain and India in Comparative Perspective” was an outcome of Commonwealth Fellowship conducted in London under Prof. Bill Bowring at London University in 2011.
